His Excellency Omar Saif Ghobash, Assistant Minister at the Office of Public and Cultural Diplomacy, UAE, to be the third guest at the Sharjah Book Authority’s Virtual Book Club.

Moderated by Hassan Yaqoob Al Mansouri, Secretary General of the Sharjah Media Council, the Emirati diplomat and author will talk about the UAE’s literary landscape and also delve into his acclaimed book, Letters to a Young Muslim, on Wednesday, 12 August at 8:30 p.m.

Letters to a Young Muslim is a compilation of twenty-seven insightful letters addressed to his sons, and encourages readers to accept an enlightened path that embraces diversity, not just within Islam but among all religions. Originally published in English, the book has now been translated into six languages.
