Motivate Media Group and PublisHer team up to support women in publishing

Something we've been excited about is finally here! Motivate Media Group is partnering with PublisHer to launch PublisHer Pathways – a four-week immersive internship programme bringing the next generation of women in publishing into the heart of a real, working book publishing business.The agreement was signed by HH Bodour Al Qasimi, Founder of PublisHer, and our own Ian Fairservice, Managing Partner & Group Editor-in-Chief, at the House of Wisdom in Sharjah on 12 May 2026.Over four weeks, participants based in the UAE will rotate across editorial, marketing, commercial, digital and strategic functions at our Dubai offices – working alongside our teams, learning from senior leadership, and getting a genuine feel for how modern book publishing works.We've always believed that publishing is best learned through experience. That's why we're proud to be the first publishing house to support PublisHer Pathways, and why this partnership feels less like a formal agreement and more like a shared commitment to the industry we love.
