Emirates Airline Festival of Literature 2021
Happy New Year to all our readers!
The start of the new year always brings with it hope and excitement for all the new opportunities to come. And it also reminds us of the eagerness and energy that surrounds the new season of events and book fairs.
We're thrilled to be joining the 2021 Emirates Airline Festival of Literature in their countdown for the 29th of January when they welcome us all into their fantastic programming.
Not only that, we are also extremely excited to anounce that one of our very own authors will be speaking at the Festival in February. All the details will be shared soon, so make sure you watch this space!
This year, the Festival is going further and spreading its events across three different venues on three different weekends. Here's what they're planning:
Jameel Arts Centre: Art meets literature for a fun weekend packed with workshops and talks suitable for all ages.
InterContinental Dubai, Festival City: The Festival returns home for three days filled with talks, workshops, and live performances.
Alserkal Avenue: A community celebration of film, food, creativity and all the good things that stem from literature.
The details to the sessions and tickets will be anounced on the 14th of January.
This year's line up does not disappoint as well with big local and regional names and international award-winners. You can view the list directly here.
