Why did I pick this book? I love to read historic fiction books and also love to watch historical movies.
What do I love about it? This story is during a time of early kingdoms in India and how a prince rises in power to become an emperor. The way the author narrates the story makes me feel that I am also a part of the story and I keep switching characters as the story moves forward. I can feel that I am visualizing the storyline right in front of my eyes. This book has a total of 5 volumes and is very addictive to complete reading. It was originally written in Tamil and is now available in English as well.
What do I hate about it? Nothing.
Best read during? Days when one has extended leisure time.
