Streets of the World is the result of seven years of travelling around the world documenting colorful streets in various countries by photojournalist Jeroen Swolfs. He was prompted by the negative focus the media emphasized in the world around him, but during his travels, Swolfs encountered beautiful stories of connections, solutions and hope. The book is aimed at creating a sense of unity and togetherness to get through the world's challenges together.
Jeroen Swolfs is a Dutch photo journalist based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. His photo book project was picked up by NatGeo who have created a documentary film about the book. Swolfs has also been invited to speak about his project for TEDxSittardGeleen.
