At 15-years-old, Adeeb Alblooshi is one of the UAE’s most recognised inventors. His mission to improve people’s lives through innovation started at the young age of 9, when he invented a light-weight prosthetic for his father and a tiny cleaning robot for his mother. He is one of the youngest inventors in the world and has won numerous awards and honours, including the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance. In 2015, Arabian Business included him in their ‘100 Most Powerful Arabs Under 40’ list; in 2017, the magazine listed him among the ‘100 Smartest People in the UAE’; and in 2019, Arabian Business named him in ‘DXB 100: Influential People Helping Shape the Emirate’. He also has to his credit eleven certificates and two gold medals awarded by NASA.
